Drainage systems made of UHPFRC zeroUltraone<\/sub> in highway tunnels <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the last four years, slotted channels, kerbstones and siphon shafts made of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPC) have become the new standard in Swiss freeway tunnels. With their enormous load-bearing capacity and durability, these systems offer clear advantages over conventional drainage channels. Our systems made of UHPFRC zeroUltraone<\/sub> meet and exceed the strict requirements of the FEDRO technical manual and are impressive during installation and operation. Thanks to the innovative UHPFRC material, spalling and failure of the channel in the event of impact accidents are effectively prevented. Damage during transportation or installation is a thing of the past. In addition, UHPFRC zeroUltraone<\/sub> is characterized by an impressive combination of properties: It is ductile, resistant to abrasion, resistant to chemicals and sulphates and absolutely non-combustible (A1). These material advantages ensure a long service life and minimize maintenance costs. The thin wall thicknesses of the slotted channels enable larger drainage volumes or save valuable installation space.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

UHPFRC FORCEDRAIN drainage channels – the perfect solution for heavy-duty areas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our heavy-duty channels made of UHPFRC zeroUltraone<\/sub> (load classes E600-F900) are the ideal and durable solution for drainage systems on heavily used surfaces such as highways and industrial plants. Thanks to the outstanding mechanical properties of UUHPFRC, no additional stainless steel edge protection is required. For maximum safety, we also offer the heavy-duty channels with an optional anti-slip surface to ensure optimum grip in areas with increased safety requirements. In addition, transition pieces and prepared shafts have been developed to ensure problem-free connections to the drainage systems. Flushing openings and drains are integrated directly into the channel, which massively increases installation speed and makes operation even more efficient and low-maintenance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
